Due to its compact construction, the Bio-Sol boiler is
smaller than equivalent solutions with a separate accumulator tank
and boiler.
Even so, it can be tricky to get the boiler to the boiler room, and
it could even be necessary to partially dismantle the boiler to get
it though doors/openings. That is why we have made the insulation
easy to disassemble. At its thinnest point and without insulation,
the boiler is 75 cm wide. With insulation, it is almost 1 m
wide.
During assembly, we used a fastening strap to fasten the two
halves. Place the shield behind the fastening ratchet and
lock the halves together with the plate band at the bottom and the
plate unit around the boiler body, at the top. Finally, position
the cap and lock it with the butterfly nut.
