Stocksbro Energi AB specialises in the development and
manufacture of energy products for houses and smaller
properties. The products we manufacture belong within the field of
bioenergy and solar energy, consisting of pellet boilers and
effective accumulator tanks, etc.
Stocksbro Energi manufactures, among others, the Bio-Sol boiler, as
well as the Dalatanken, which are exported to a variety of
countries under a number of different brands. The Bio-Solar system,
as we have explained, is aimed at melding Cost Savings, the
Environment and Comfort in a single system. This is achieved in an
intelligent manner with our Bio-Sol boiler, which combines free
solar energy with comfortable and cheap pellet heating, in the same
unit.
History
Stocksbroverken began producing accumulator tanks in 1993. In 1996,
it patented its in-house developed Bio-Solar Boiler. The
development of both these products has progressed since then to
what they are today. Sales have kept up with development, always at
a constant rate. At the end of 2003, revenues from these two
products had grown so strongly that it was deemed the right time
for them to stand on their own. Stocksbro Energi was formed
as an affiliate company to Stocksbroverken.
The ownership scenario changed in pace with Stocksbro Energi's
growth. In 2008, Stefan Larsson became a part owner through his
company Maston Sunfarm HB. Larsson undertakes the role of, among
others, research engineer for the power and process technology unit
at the Älvkarleby laboratory. In 2009, Leif Michaelsson was
appointed CEO of Stocksbro Energi, also becoming a stakeholder in
the company.
